College Reps

What It Is 
A college rep is a college student who works for a label and promotes upcoming record releases, shows, and artists on and around a college campus. It is a great way to make connections and learn about the music industry, plus these jobs pay. Have you ever seen posters for Jay-Z, Kelly Clarkson or your favorite artist around your campus? That was most likely the work of a college rep.

What You'll Need
If you want to be a college rep you'll need

  • A resume

  • Ability to get around, on and off campus

  • Willingness to be outgoing,

  • Some free time (Aprox 1-4hrs a month)

  • An interest in mainstream pop, r&b, rap, etc. 

  • Knowledge of local hang outs and venues

  • To be a college student

  • Social Media accounts Facebok, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, etc

  • Paypal Account

  • Mailing address, box

  • PAYED, PERKS, CONCERTS, PRIVATE SESSIONS, & MERCHANDISE.
